What can DeskPillar build for us?
Nine services: ERP with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI dashboards, custom ERP work, system integrations, process automation, AI agents and WhatsApp automation, websites and web apps, mobile apps, and POS systems. Each is offered on its own — most clients start with a single one. If you later want two of them connected, integration work is a service in its own right.
Do you work with businesses outside your region?
Yes — we're remote-first and work globally. ERP, dashboards, automations, sites and apps are built, deployed and supported online, with calls scheduled around your timezone.
Can you work with the systems and tools we already use?
Yes. Most of our work starts inside an existing setup, not a blank page. We connect what you already run — accounting, e-commerce, POS, spreadsheets — through integrations and APIs, so data is entered once and lands everywhere it belongs.
What does a first engagement look like?
A free intro call. We look at how you operate today, tell you honestly whether we're the right fit — including when the answer is 'don't build this' — and if we are, you get a written scope: what we'll build, what it costs, and what 'done' means.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every build ships with documentation and training, and we stay available for monitoring, fixes and improvements after launch. A system only counts if it keeps working when we're not in the room.
